I went to the ER on November 8th due to extreme weakness and tested positive for COVID. They administered fluids and I was sent home the same day. I started taking Ivermectin the next morning, following directions of 7 tablets daily for 5-7 days. I have now taken it for three days and also have hydrochloride. Should I be taking the hydrochloride as well?

My wife has urticaria hives all over her body, which started on October 12th, and the itching is unbearable. She is currently on Prednisone three times a day, but it is getting worse instead of better. What recommendations do you have to alleviate the itching and manage the hives?

I took the Pfizer vaccine a week ago and started experiencing a tight feeling in my throat, which comes and goes, mostly at night. I have no fevers, known allergies, or shortness of breath, but I'm concerned because I felt similar symptoms years ago after donating blood. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

What should my diet look like before I start receiving treatment for hereditary hemochromatosis, and can I have a normal-sized steak once a week without it being harmful?

My father, who is 84 years old, has congestive heart disease, gout, and recently tested positive for a bacterial infection in his urine. He has a history of fluid in his lung and high blood pressure. He is currently coughing regularly throughout the day, which is dry, and uses Ventolin when he has difficulty breathing. He takes Lasix but not always regularly. What is the best next step to take, and should he be hospitalized?

I've had a cold for a week now and am coughing badly. It feels similar to when I was diagnosed with bronchitis several years ago. The cough is not dry but phlegmy and felt deep in my chest. I'm currently using DayQuil for congestion and Benylin for mucus/phlegm. I'm a 75-year-old female. What should I do to manage this condition?
