I have upper left arm pain that has been coming and going for about 24 hours. The pain started when I woke up around 5 P.M. yesterday and has been stable. The pain is more achy. I'm not using any medications and I'm 22 years old. Should I go to the ER for this?

I recently had ear congestion, muffled hearing, and pain due to illness. After taking a medrol pack, the congestion and pain improved, but I now have constant tinnitus and feel pressure in my ear. There's a blood spot-looking area on my eardrum, and I'm unsure if this is a perforation or if I just need to wait for further healing and draining. My hearing has improved, but the tinnitus and head pressure are bothersome. What should I do?

I recently had Achilles tendon surgery and since then, I've been having severe difficulty sleeping and feeling a slight trembling or vibrating sensation in my body. I have a history of trouble sleeping and restless leg syndrome. Could these symptoms be related to the surgery, anesthesia, or nerve block, or are they more likely due to anxiety or another condition?

I am on Jardiance 25 mg tab boeh. My prescription is for 90 pills. I refused the prescription due to the high price of $457.04 for my copay. I have been using Jardiance for approximately 6 months due to congestive heart failure and am currently in the final month of intensive cardiac rehab. My cardiologist, Dr. Drew Baldwin, prescribed Jardiance and Entresto. I have Medicare Advantage and am currently in the donut hole. What type of help can you give me regarding the cost of these medications?
