I have a numbing and tingling sensation below my left side rib cage, sometimes feeling like cramping, usually occurring later in the day. I've been treated for a bronchial infection with a lot of coughing, which has made both sides below my rib cage sore. My recent blood pressure was high at 174/120, and my medication has been adjusted. I'm hoping the numbing and tingling issue is due to coughing. What are your thoughts?

I have been sick since Mother's Day with cough, trouble breathing, low-grade fever, and not feeling well. I have seen an urgent care doctor three times, a pulmonologist three times, and have been given various medications including steroids, antibiotics, and inhalers. My symptoms have evolved from suspected viral bronchitis to moderate asthma, with ongoing congestion, sweats, low-grade fever, and breathing difficulties. I am currently on a rescue inhaler, nebulizer, and a once-daily inhaler (Breo Ellipta). I am unsure what to do next and whether I should see an allergist or seek further diagnostic tests like a chest CT scan.

Roughly how long should one 50 mcg Levothyroxine pill stay in my system? I am a heart patient. I take 25 mg atenolol daily. The second day I took the Levothyroxine my blood pressure dropped to 100/65 and my pulse was racing up to 90 and higher. I was not told this is one of the side effects. I had to stop the atenolol. I had to stay off the atenolol for two days, doctor's orders. Still a week later, something is keeping my bp down around 100/65 and will not let it back up. Could it be this thyroid med takes ahold of the system for so long? If so, is there any way with food or vitamins to counteract at least the low bp problem? They say you can't just stop taking atenolol. My bp has been as low as 80 when at rest.

I cut my knee on a new bathroom handle. I washed the cut with soap and water, applied Neosporin, and it doesn't seem serious. Can I get a dangerous infection or bacteria from this, and should I be worried?

I am a 54-year-old male with no prior medical conditions.
