I have been experiencing 24/7 bilateral calf and foot twitching for 10 months, along with a feeling of weakness in my ankle for the past 3 weeks. I am 22 years old, have gained about 30 pounds in the last 4-5 months, and have had a clean EMG and NCS test 6 months ago. I am worried that this might be ALS. I got the Pfizer COVID-19 shot two days ago, but now the injection site is very swollen, red, and hot to the touch. The swelling is about two inches in circumference and is sore. I'm 27 years old and have taken acetaminophen. The swelling has progressively gotten worse since the shot. Is this a normal reaction, and what should I do about it?
