I have a question concerning my period. My last period began on November 5, and I took Plan B last week. I haven't had a pap test yet, and there are no unusual symptoms. I had unprotected sex 11 days ago, took Plan B the next day, and I'm supposed to get my period today but I see spotting. Is it pregnancy or low flow? Can you still get pregnant if you had sex a couple of days before your period? Should I take a pregnancy test, or since I have bleeding, should I be fine? What's the difference between light flow and spotting?

I have been having a cough for almost a month, mostly in the morning and towards night, which is dry and without chest tightness. The cough disappeared after taking Pepcid for two days. I had COVID a month and a half ago. Could this be acid reflux, and what treatment should I follow?
