I have a raised, red blemish that is round and slightly raised, about 1/8" in diameter, which has been present for about 2 weeks and may have slightly increased in size. It looks like a pimple but without any pus or fluid inside, and I have tried to squeeze it with some blood and a little white pus coming out initially. What could this be, and how should I treat it with Betadine?

I have muscle spasms all over my body, frequently causing severe pain that requires me to lie down until they subside. These spasms most often occur in the abdomen, starting in the right chest/back area and extending to the mid-abdomen, affecting the same muscles each time. My feet, toes, hands, and fingers are also frequently affected, with my left big toe sometimes standing straight up on its own. Cold temperatures and muscle hyperextension can trigger these spasms. I am a 50-year-old female with a history of asthma, pneumonia, chronic urinary tract infections, and back/neck problems including multiple degenerative discs and a torn disc at L4-5. My symptoms have been ongoing for about 2-3 years, becoming more frequent and painful. My family has a history of muscle/bone pains, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus. What could be causing these spasms and what tests or treatments might be recommended?

I am 60 years old with a long history of kidney disease, including bilateral UPJ obstructions and renal arterial stenosis on the right. I have both kidneys with adequate combined function. I have wrestled with high blood pressure since my teen years, medicated since 1976. My blood pressure has been consistently dropping, and I experience low pressure, particularly while trying to exercise or do light physical projects. I also have a kidney infection, night sweats, and a 'bubble' (gas?) in the bone of my right pelvic bone that we are watching. My blood pressure continues to fluctuate, and I often feel faint when standing up. I am under the care of multiple specialists but am seeking further understanding and recommendations for managing my blood pressure and other symptoms. What could be causing my blood pressure to drop, and what additional tests or specialists should I consider?
