I have a ringing sound in my ear that I usually notice when it's very quiet, like before I go to sleep or when I wake up. I'm a 28-year-old female, and I think the ringing started a couple of weeks ago. I don't have any other illnesses that I'm aware of, and I'm not taking any medication. The ringing feels like it comes and goes, and it sounds like multiple beeps. Additionally, I recently got sick with a sore throat, a short cough, and phlegm, and I've noticed some blood when I cough. Should I be concerned about these symptoms?

I have been experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, loss of appetite, joint and muscle pain, sore throat, and dry mouth since July 25. I was initially diagnosed with a virus and treated with antibiotics, but my symptoms have persisted for 8 months. My blood tests show positive antibodies for Epstein-Barr virus, Chlamydia, and CMV, but no active infections. I am concerned about the long-term effects and whether there is a possibility of cancer or autoimmune disease. What should I do to recover, and are there any vaccines or treatments on the horizon?
