I am a 67-year-old male in generally good health. After taking a daytime nap in a recliner, I experience difficulty passing urine with a very weak stream for 95% of the void. This returns to normal after about 5 minutes. This has happened three times in the last month, always after napping in the recliner in the early afternoon. My prostate was checked as normal in March 2014, and I have slightly elevated triglycerides. I have hypothyroidism and take Levothyroxine, and I also take Certirizine Hydrochloride and Pseudoephedrine for allergies. What is the likely cause of this urine flow problem?

I have been taking alprazolam, escitalopram, and clonazepam for 7 years due to PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Recently, I started using the Sleep Cycle app to monitor my sleep quality, but I'm not getting good sleep. I'm currently taking 5 mg of Zolpidem with either Xanax (0.25 mg) or Clonazepam (0.5 mg). I'm wondering if it would be better to take Zolpidem with clonazepam or alprazolam for better sleep quality. Additionally, I have a history of sleep apnea, but I don't think it's an issue now. Should I consider a sleep study or focus on other non-medical sleep improvement methods?
