I have a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my head near the top. It started 6 days ago and occurs every 15 seconds. Advil (400 mg every 3 hours) makes it bearable but I am concerned about damaging my stomach. My doctor diagnosed it as a pinched nerve on my scalp and suggested applying heat or a cortisone shot if it lasts much longer. It is so painful that it has brought me to tears several times. Is it possible for the nerve to heal on its own and what pain reliever would be easier on the stomach?

I have been experiencing difficulty in urinating, passing only a little urine despite feeling the urge. I take Lamictal, Benadryl, Xanax, and other medications for conditions like post-nasal drip, acid reflux, and anxiety. I am concerned if these medications could be causing this issue, if I have kidney problems, and if I should go to the emergency room. I am also currently on my menstrual cycle and experience anxiety about my health. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a yellow cream color discharge from my left breast. I have had a mammogram and ultrasound done. The ultrasound showed that the fatty part of the lymph node has collapsed. What could this mean, given my family history of breast cancer?

I have a lymph node above my collar bone, about the size of a kidney bean, which appeared around the time I had a flu jab and chest/throat infection. It hasn't changed in size and is moveable. I've had normal chest X-rays and blood tests, and I have a decayed tooth on the same side. Should I be worried about this lymph node?
