I have a lymph node above my collar bone, about the size of a kidney bean, which appeared around the time I had a flu jab and chest/throat infection. It hasn't changed in size and is moveable. I've had normal chest X-rays and blood tests, and I have a decayed tooth on the same side. Should I be worried about this lymph node?

Lately, I have been finding perfectly round yellowish brown items in my stool that are about twice the size of a pea. They are soft and when broken apart have a pasty white substance inside. I found that it happens mostly when I have diarrhea, which occurs a few times a week. This started after I had a hiatal hernia repair and fundoplication about six months ago, and I also had my gallbladder removed a year ago. What could these items be and what should I do?

I am currently being treated for Lyme disease with powerful medications, including antibiotics, and supplements like Theralac and herbals. Due to the antibiotic treatment, I have a constant vaginal yeast infection. I have already taken a prescription pill once, but the yeast infection returned as soon as I resumed antibiotics. Are there any recommended approaches to deal with this problem?
