I have a small pea-sized squishy lump near the anus passage. No blood in stool, no pain or discomfort. Occasional itching first noticed 2 weeks ago and think it’s shrunk since but can still feel it / push it back in. How long should I expect before it goes away? I have read in some aspects it doesn't go away? If it's just a case of managing it that's fine as it causes no issues or discomfort particularly.

My 10-month-old grandson’s skull sutures have not smoothed out. He has a pointy long ridge from front to back to the soft spot, and the first side-to-side suture is like a speed bump. The soft spot does not pulse but is still soft and the size of a quarter. Should I say something to my son?

I am a 26-year-old healthy male experiencing a strong alkaline-like smell from my penis, darker and sometimes cloudy urine, increased post-urination discharge, and a burning or stinging sensation when urinating. I have slight abdominal discomfort on the right side and have been prescribed Cipro. My urine culture results are normal, and I am almost certain this is not an STI. What could this be?

I have recently started taking propranolol for anxiety. I took 2 pills yesterday, which dropped my resting heart rate to 48. I am already on a beta blocker called diltiazem that I've been taking for 2 years. My doctor told me to stop taking the propranolol if my heart rate went below 60. Since I am already on a beta blocker, can suddenly stopping the propranolol be dangerous even though I've only been on it for a day? Additionally, how long would it take for my heart to become used to taking a beta blocker like propranolol, and can I stop taking it cold turkey since I've only been on it for a week?
