Woke up with inflamed ear lobes, majorly swollen eyes, a splotchy rash on my upper and lower cheeks and chin, and swollen lymph nodes behind both ears. There is not much itchiness, no runny nose or sneezing. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have osteoarthritis with 2 knee replacements, a shoulder replacement, mild spinal stenosis, and some hand osteoarthritis. I recently had surgery and am experiencing localized pain. I also had a fractured occipital area in my skull with intracranial bleeding after fainting. I had an MRI and CT scans, but no specific problems were found. What could be causing my pain, and what can I do about it?

I sometimes experience a warm sensation in my core around my midriff and upper belly region, which radiates outward from deep within. It is comforting and not associated with sweating or discomfort.
