I have a sore swollen lymph node under my jaw bone. I noticed it today and have not used any medication for it. I had a cold 5 weeks ago that was a bad cold and since then my nose kind of runs and I feel like I have stuff in the throat and I’ve to clear my throat and drainage. I had a complete blood work up last month with a CBC that was normal. I’m scared I have leukemia. What could be causing the swollen lymph node and should I see a doctor for it?

I have a rodent problem, and while trying to seal off my HVAC unit, I cut my hands with steel wool and was crawling around in dirt and sand without gloves or a respirator. Should I be concerned about exposing myself to any dangerous diseases, especially since I have a 4-year-old son?

I accidentally swallowed three times the recommended dosage of Chloraseptic Max sore throat spray, which contains Phenol. I feel a little dizzy and my stomach feels weird. I also took a cough syrup with Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, and Phenylephrine. Should I be worried about any serious harm, and is there any specific action I should take?

I suffer from vertigo, dizziness, and ear blockage. An MRI in 2014 showed multiple foci of increased T2 signal in the centrum semiovale and subcortical white matter of both cerebral hemispheres, suggesting microvascular disease, old trauma, demyelination, or Lyme disease. Fluid partly opacifies the right mastoid air cells, possibly indicating mastoiditis or obstructed drainage. What do these findings mean, and could they be causing my current symptoms?

I have a severe sore throat that started on Thursday, with swollen lymph nodes and pain when swallowing. I don't have a fever, but the swelling has worsened over time. I've taken Advil, which helps somewhat, but the swelling remains. I haven't seen a doctor yet and don't have any significant medical history except for occasional scratchy throat due to allergies. What could be causing this and what should I do?
