I am currently being treated for bipolar and hypothyroidism with Benzodiazepine, Lamotrigine, and Levothyroxine. I have noticed that both of my feet are super swollen, with my right ankle and foot being the size of a softball. Is this normal or something I should seek treatment for?

I haven't taken any medication for this, and it's been about a month. I thought it could be due to heat or bad allergies. I haven't seen a dermatologist yet. What could these spots be, and what should I do about them?

I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia last year and symptoms have been semi-contained with pantoprazole until about two weeks ago. I now can’t get good breaths at all, have had low-grade fever on and off, am nauseous, and tired all the time. Should I go to the ER? I have an appointment with the surgeon on the 22nd.
