Did not realize I couldn't take ibuprofen with Xarelto--took 300mg yesterday and 200mg today. Had knee surgery last Wednesday. Should I go to the ER? My leg was already swollen, but there's no seeping from the incision line. No other significant medical history.

I need shoulder and neck surgery but which should I do first? I have been dealing with this issue for over a year, experiencing sharp pains, numbness, and tingling. I have a C5 C6 herniation with severe stenosis, C7 nerve damage, labral tear with adhesive capsulitis, and am anemic. I've had cortisone shots and epidurals with no relief and am on pain meds. I'm currently doing therapy. Should I prioritize the neck or shoulder surgery first?

I have Sudden Intermittent Hearing Loss and am currently on a tapered dose of prednisone. The dosage is 60 mg for 4 days, 40 mg for 4 days, and 20 mg for 6 days. My hearing improves with the morning dose but worsens by the end of the day. I want to confirm if the dosing and timing are correct and how long it will take for significant improvement.
