I need shoulder and neck surgery but which should I do first? I have been dealing with this issue for over a year, experiencing sharp pains, numbness, and tingling. I have a C5 C6 herniation with severe stenosis, C7 nerve damage, labral tear with adhesive capsulitis, and am anemic. I've had cortisone shots and epidurals with no relief and am on pain meds. I'm currently doing therapy. Should I prioritize the neck or shoulder surgery first?

I have Sudden Intermittent Hearing Loss and am currently on a tapered dose of prednisone. The dosage is 60 mg for 4 days, 40 mg for 4 days, and 20 mg for 6 days. My hearing improves with the morning dose but worsens by the end of the day. I want to confirm if the dosing and timing are correct and how long it will take for significant improvement.

My 8-year-old daughter has been experiencing stomach discomfort for weeks. We visited a GI specialist who conducted blood tests. The results show a tissue transglutaminase antibody IgA of 6 u/ml, calcium level of 10.6 mg/dl, albumin of 5.5 g/dl, and MCV of 91.1 fl. She is very uncomfortable, and I am anxious. Should we consider removing gluten from her diet immediately?

I feel like I have genital warts. What are these bumps? I have bumps on the rim and head of my penis that I've always had, and recently, bumps on my shaft started growing. Are they HPV warts, and why aren't there any photos online of pearly penile papules (PPP) on the penis shaft?

I'm 67 years old, 6'1" tall, weigh about 250 pounds, and have high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney issues, and am overweight. I've seen advertisements on TV suggesting my insurance might pay for Lap Band surgery. Do you know how I can find out if my insurance (Humana & Medicare) will cover this procedure?
