I have experienced blister-like bumps on the glans of my penis twice, over a year apart. Both times, the blisters were painless, healed quickly, and did not ulcerate. I have been tested for STDs, including herpes, and all results were negative. My dermatologist diagnosed it as psoriasis based on the presentation. Could herpes present differently each time, and could psoriasis change in appearance? Why do doctors only check sentinel lymph nodes to determine if breast cancer has spread, and not also check for spread to bones or other distant organs like the brain, even if the lymph nodes are negative?
