I have a swollen lymph node under my right armpit for about a week. It is a little painful and tender, but I have no other symptoms such as fever, runny nose, or sore throat. I am not taking any medications and I am 18 years old. What could be the cause of this swelling and what should I do?

I tested negative for hepatitis A, B, and C at 72 days. Would those results be fairly reliable, and is the chance of transmission of a single protected sexual act really as low as I see online?

I've been experiencing loose stools and indigestion consistently after taking my ADHD medication, Adderall. I suspect it's a combination of the medication and my dietary choices that are causing these digestive issues. I've been considering fiber supplements such as psyllium, methylcellulose, inulin, wheat dextrin, calcium polycarbophil, and flaxseed to address this. Given that I'm also taking Xanax, doxepin, and finasteride for other health concerns, I'd like a recommendation for a fiber supplement that is least likely to interact with these medications. Also, does the brand of the fiber supplement matter significantly, or would choosing the most cost-effective one containing the primary ingredient be sufficient?

My son is experiencing tinnitus (hissing, whistling, ringing sounds) and excessive blinking. He had a grommet inserted a long time ago. We first noticed the blinking around November last year, shortly after an ear drop incident and when he mentioned the floor seemed to be jumping. Could these symptoms be related to inner ear damage, and have you seen excessive blinking associated with inner ear issues before?

I'm feeling a bit weird down there since my periods stopped yesterday. I'm 25 years old, and about three weeks ago, I had a yeast infection that I treated with over-the-counter medication. The infection cleared, but since the last two days, there have been some strange sensations, like contractions or a bit of itching, but no discharge or swelling. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My 49-year-old, otherwise healthy husband has new onset right lower quadrant (RLQ) pain that seems to be worsening. He has no fever and the pain is not radiating. When did the pain start, is it localized, what type of pain is it, and what medications is he currently using?
