My 49-year-old, otherwise healthy husband has new onset right lower quadrant (RLQ) pain that seems to be worsening. He has no fever and the pain is not radiating. When did the pain start, is it localized, what type of pain is it, and what medications is he currently using?

I was recently hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism and a blood clot was found in my leg. I've only been out of the hospital for 2 to 3 weeks. Tonight, my foot is swollen, red, and sore, and I'm worried about blood clots. Do I need to go to the ER?

I am a 36-year-old male who had mild COVID-19 9 months ago and still has antibodies. My work is forcing me to get a COVID-19 vaccine, and I am considering either the Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer vaccine. I am concerned about potential side effects such as blood clots from Johnson & Johnson and heart inflammation from Pfizer, given my family history. Given my natural immunity, should I be worried about getting either vaccine, and which one should I choose?

My veins look really awful today. Something fell on my toe and then I noticed the veins were unhappy afterwards. My urine test shows normal glucose but high leukocytes. Why can’t these things be normal?

I have noticed bugs in my hair and pelvic area, and tiny white worms coming out of my body, including my lips, ears, belly button, feet, and knees. My left ear has been plugged for about 3 weeks, and I have redness and swelling in various parts of my body. What could be causing this and is there any medication I can get from the drug store?
