I took 20 mg of prednisone on Monday, 10 mg on Tuesday, and 10 mg again on Wednesday. I received the Hepatitis B vaccine on Thursday. Should I worry about contracting Hep B from the vaccine or is my concern about prednisone weakening my immune system unfounded?

I have a small red patch on my thigh that was originally a white patch for many months. I scratched it a couple of weeks ago, causing it to bleed a little and become more red. My doctor prescribed a topical antibiotic and steroid cream, but if it doesn't clear up, I should see a dermatologist. I have pictures and am concerned if it's something serious. What could it be and should I be worried?

I have been alcohol abstinent for 19 months. On 10/30 I had one mixed frozen margarita, on 10/31 two bud light beers, and on 11/3 one glass of wine. None of the drinks I consumed was more than 5% alcohol. I had a peth test today 11/5 in which the cut off level is 20ng. Will I pass?
