I have a vibration in my right ear that goes away when I hold my mouth open or clench my jaw. The doctor said my eardrum was a little red and sucked in a bit. Could this be related to the Eustachian tube, and what should I do about it?

I'm a 63-year-old male with soreness in the bottom of my feet and toes, feeling like something is turning on and off, possibly controlled by external factors like air, heat, or spasms. I've been to three emergency rooms and three clinics, but they won't give me an x-ray and just avoid the issue. What could be causing this, and what steps can I take to address it?

I am a cancer survivor diagnosed with stage 3C Ovarian cancer in 2002. I went through six months of chemo and have been cancer-free since. My CA 125 test, which is normally in the single digits, was recently 51. I've been dealing with gastritis, acid reflux, heartburn, and various pains. I'm overweight and have been waiting to see an oncologist due to issues transferring my health records. How worried should I be about my elevated CA 125?

I am a 38-year-old female weighing 275 lbs (down 30 lbs already). I have been overindulging in alcohol during and after COVID, drinking 4-6 units of vodka 2-5 times a week. I recently went to the hospital for a panic attack-related chest pain and had bloodwork done. My only daily medication is 20mg Adderall for ADHD, which I take 3-4 days a week. How concerned should I be about my bloodwork results, and what lifestyle changes should I consider?

I have scoliosis and work at Walmart, but it's very hard for me as my back keeps swelling and I have unbearable pain, sometimes leading me to call off work the next day because I can't get out of bed. I don't have a primary doctor. The pain started in 2009, is constant after work, and varies from sharp stabbing to achy depending on the day. I also experience numbness in my legs and increased fatigue. What should I do?
