I have an adult who I believe may have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is verbal but socially awkward, has difficulty in social situations and crowds, often secludes herself, walks on her toes, avoids eye contact, and has a history of trauma. She is highly intelligent and believes she may have Asperger's Syndrome. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical counseling and wants to be validated in her self-diagnosis. Where can I refer her for testing, as local psychiatrists do not diagnose adult autism?

I’m 15 weeks pregnant. I have been very tired due to poor sleep, experienced dizzy spells, sharp painful cramping on my right side near my ribs, and a higher resting heart rate ranging from 103-125 when sitting up and talking. I had a mostly normal echo (mild left atrial enlargement) and an uneventful 2-week holter monitor showing a few PVCs. I don’t take any medication. Is this due to the fatigue? Should I be concerned?

I have a small, flat freckle on my leg and noticed a tiny bit of blood on the toilet paper after wiping, which stung a little. I also have varicose veins and minor scratch marks in a reddish area. What could these issues be, and do I need further testing or follow-up?

My 4-week-old daughter, who was born 1 week early and is currently on cow & gate milk for colic and constipation, is experiencing symptoms that make me think she might be lactose intolerant. Her symptoms include projectile vomiting, belly cramps, inconsolable crying, trapped gas, constipation, missing feeds, and a red rash on her chest and cheeks. I've been using Infacol in her bottle for the past 3 days, but it doesn't seem to be helping. What should I do?

I have herpes and recently got a COVID-19 vaccine. My symptoms have worsened, particularly in my ears and hands, and I've also experienced blood in my urine. I'm on valclover medication and have had these symptoms for about 3 weeks. What should I do about the inside of my ears and my hands, and how will this affect my second vaccine shot?
