I crack my neck often as a habit, but recently I've been experiencing severe neck and head pain along with vision issues in my left eye that worsen after cracking my neck. Could these symptoms be related?

I need a doctor's note for work. My symptoms include fever, headache, and yellow snot. The headache is a one-off, dull, and not localized to one area. I am not currently using any medications and am 21 years old. I do not have a cough, but I have a little bit of yellow phlegm, no blood, no shortness of breath, a little bit of sinus congestion, a slight headache, no sore throat, and I have not taken any COVID or flu tests.
