I've had stomach pain and bloating for about 4 days now. It's alright during the day and substantially worse at night. The pain comes and goes, mostly aching but has become sharp at times. I am 20 years old, not on any medications, and have no known allergies or other medical conditions. I have had some nausea and brief loose stools, but no acid reflux. The pain is located on the lower right side of my stomach. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I've been throwing up and feeling nauseous for 2 days. I can't sleep because I feel like I'm going to throw up in my sleep. My stomach feels bloated. I've vomited over 10 times in the past two days, especially after eating or drinking. I also have a burning sensation in my chest and throat, which is worse when I lay down. This is the worst episode of acid reflux I've experienced, even water triggers it. I'm currently taking blood thinners and am 40 years old. What should I do?

I was on hydrocodone 7.5 for chronic back pain, but my doctor retired and I can't find a local doctor to prescribe it due to the opioid crisis. My back pain started about 3 years ago, has worsened over time, and is sharp and stabbing. I also experience numbness down my left leg. I have heart problems, can't undergo more surgery, and am a diabetic on disability.
