I've been throwing up and feeling nauseous for 2 days. I can't sleep because I feel like I'm going to throw up in my sleep. My stomach feels bloated. I've vomited over 10 times in the past two days, especially after eating or drinking. I also have a burning sensation in my chest and throat, which is worse when I lay down. This is the worst episode of acid reflux I've experienced, even water triggers it. I'm currently taking blood thinners and am 40 years old. What should I do?

I was on hydrocodone 7.5 for chronic back pain, but my doctor retired and I can't find a local doctor to prescribe it due to the opioid crisis. My back pain started about 3 years ago, has worsened over time, and is sharp and stabbing. I also experience numbness down my left leg.
