I have white spots on my throat that aren't tonsil stones. What could they be?

I just had a breast reduction on the 19th of this month. I just got my drains removed and I'm noticing a soft skin forming on the left breast. It looks like it could be a keloid (never had a keloid in my life). I'm wondering if it will fade while healing? Is it a keloid or something else?
