I've been experiencing nausea for 4 days, with a recent history of diarrhea that ended 2 days ago. I'm also feeling a bit fatigued. I'm currently using pesto and nausea pills. I'm 72 years old. Are these symptoms indicative of a more serious condition like cancer, or could it be something less severe?
