I punched a brick wall with my right hand and think my knuckle may be broken. I had an x-ray, which showed nothing, but my middle finger is twisted, and the pain hasn't improved. The swelling went down but has returned slightly. I've been taking Panadol and diclofenac. Should I see a doctor again, and is it okay to leave my twisted finger for a few more days?

I am a 20-year-old baseball player with hand pain when swinging a bat. The pain is located at the pinky knuckle, side of the hand to the wrist. An X-ray showed no fracture.
