I have sudden sharp pain on the lower right side under the right rib cage. The pain is aggravated by sudden movements and is not continuous. I am a 77-year-old male. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been waking up with panic attacks since Tuesday. I was blaming it on the thrush, but I can't get my body to stop shaking. I have a great fear for 4 years already, and it's worse when I have pain in my chest or left arm. I also have been feeling a pain on the right side of my stomach since Tuesday, which can get very uncomfortable, and I feel like pokes in my belly button. What can I do to start living a normal life?

I punched a brick wall with my right hand and think my knuckle may be broken. I had an x-ray, which showed nothing, but my middle finger is twisted, and the pain hasn't improved. The swelling went down but has returned slightly. I've been taking Panadol and diclofenac. Should I see a doctor again, and is it okay to leave my twisted finger for a few more days?

I am a 20-year-old baseball player with hand pain when swinging a bat. The pain is located at the pinky knuckle, side of the hand to the wrist. An X-ray showed no fracture. The pain occurs after 25 swings with a regular bat. I have been hitting against weighted heavy balls and using weighted bats. What could be causing the pain and what should I do for treatment?

I have a bladder infection that just started bleeding today, and I also take a blood thinner. I couldn't get a doctor's appointment until tomorrow. Should I be concerned and go to an urgent care today?
