I have B cell lymphoma. Five months ago, I had a mass removed from my lower lung lobe, and no infected cells were found in seven lymph nodes. Last week, a PET scan showed infected B cells in my lung, and I am going to be treated with a targeted monoclonal antibody. What kind of outcome can be expected from this treatment, and how much better is it compared to no treatment at all? I have not had any medication because they thought I was in remission. Additionally, I have two stents in my heart but am a young 83 and totally independent.

I accidentally stuck myself with a needle used to administer insulin to a Hepatitis C positive patient. The needle pricked my thumb, and a little blood came out. I'm concerned about contracting Hepatitis C. What should I do?

I am experiencing minor cramps and I'm unsure if they are related to my period, the pills I took, or something else. My last period was on December 21 and ended on the 26. I had unprotected sex on the morning of January 9, with only the tip of the penis involved and no full penetration. I took a Plan B pill two hours later and then two Microdiol birth control pills the same day. I am concerned about the effectiveness of the pills and the risk of pregnancy, especially since this was my first sexual encounter at 31 years old.
