My friend hit his nose very hard on a wall and is bleeding. What is your recommended advice to stop a nose bleed? He has been pinching the soft part above his nose and holding it with pressure for 10 minutes. Is this correct?

I am 23 and experiencing erection issues in my relationship. There have been five occurrences in a month where I couldn't get or maintain an erection. I have not used any medication and have not seen a doctor about this. Sometimes an erection is achieved before sex but is lost right before the activity. I have not tried masturbating recently, and this relationship has been ongoing for a little over two months. What could be causing this and what should I do?
