I have been battling a virus for a week now. My symptoms include a severe cough, especially at night, which causes me to lose my breath. I am taking Robitussin, which helps somewhat. My eyes are red, itchy, and watery, often sticking together in the morning. How long have you had the cough? Is it constant throughout the day or does it come and go? Is it a dry cough or a wet cough? Any tightness in your chest? How long have you been using Robitussin? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I can hear my pulse or throbbing in my right ear when laying down. My ear is clogged, and I was lightly hit on the head with a bamboo stick in November. What could be causing this? It feels like a pumping sensation throughout the right side of my head.

I got a positive ANA test with a 1:40 titer and AC-2,4,5,29: Speckled. I also have a high ferritin count (234). Could these be connected or am I overthinking things? I had high liver enzymes and abdominal pains, and the tests were ordered by a gastroenterologist in connection with a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I have experienced joint pain, particularly in my knees and hips, and some fatigue. Are there any medications or supplements that could affect these test results, and should I follow up with a different type of doctor for review?

My mother has been diagnosed with multiple hypochoic solid lesions in her liver and spleen, suggestive of metastasis, and a lesion near her iliac vessels. She has not been diagnosed or treated for cancer before. What are the treatment procedures for this type of cancer, how dangerous are they, and what is the prognosis?

I had a grand mal seizure last September and have had several mini seizures since. I don't have a primary care physician (PCP) and am unsure what to do. The second seizure seemed less violent than the first. I am 26 years old and take 750 mg of levetiracetam twice a day. Should I seek emergency medical attention, find a local PCP, and see a neurologist? Also, should I continue working if I'm experiencing milder symptoms, or should I go to the emergency room?
