I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea for the past 12 hours. I can’t keep anything down, even water. I’ve vomited 7 separate attacks, each with 5-6 heaves of vomit. I’m also experiencing sweating, and my diarrhea is now just green water with no solids, and my vomit is yellowish. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I started antibiotics for strep throat last Sunday, but had to switch to a different antibiotic on day 4 due to a reaction. I'm now on Keflex 500 mg twice a day and have been symptom-free for a week, except for small white spots on my right tonsil. Can I stop taking the antibiotics today, which would be 10 days since I started, or should I continue until Friday as instructed? And should I be concerned about the white spots on my tonsil?

I have a condition where my tonsils have developed distinct pockets or crypts that collect bacteria, leading to frequent sore throats, abscesses, and hard pieces of pus. These issues often require ER visits for drainage and antibiotics. The condition has worsened over time, with more masses forming and my throat becoming more blocked. Despite treatments like salt water gargling and antibiotic mouth rinses, the condition persists and new masses continue to form. I'm seeking information on what this condition might be called, how to address it, and who I should consult for help.
