I have pain in my whole lower right leg after a fall this morning. I can walk on it, but it's painful. There is no specific swelling, only a little red/blue mark on the outside of the lower leg that hit the rock. The pain is constant when holding the leg still and increases if the leg is not straight. When I breathe, it is very painful in my lower/middle back/lungs. I had a pulmonary embolism about two years ago, which was resolved, and I have not been very active for the last 6 weeks.
