My recent blood test shows my DHEA sulfate levels are significantly low at 0.3, which is concerning as I am a 27-year-old male with normal ranges for testosterone, ACTH plasma, and AM cortisol. I have been taking Ativan, amino acids, and other supplements to manage worsening symptoms. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do next?

I am 22 years old, 25 weeks pregnant, 5'5" and 260 pounds, with thalassemia minor, bad anxiety, and white coat syndrome. My blood pressure is perfect at home but spikes at the doctor's. I'm worried about high blood pressure during labor leading to seizures or strokes, and about preclampsia despite taking baby aspirin daily. Will I be able to have an uncomplicated vaginal birth with a midwife and doula? What are the chances of these complications?
