I have constant hip pain that feels like it's in the bone or joint of the leg and hip. It has been ongoing for the last week and makes it hard to move. I take Lyrics but it doesn't seem to dull the pain. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and degenerative disc and joint disease. How long will the pain last, and what can I do to alleviate it?

At my 17-week ultrasound, I was told I have a very low-lying placenta and would need another ultrasound at 28 weeks. What happens if my placenta hasn't moved? I know low-lying could mean placenta previa. Also, my placenta is anterior if that helps.

I am 22 years old, 25 weeks pregnant, 5'5" and 260 pounds, with thalassemia minor, bad anxiety, and white coat syndrome. My blood pressure is perfect at home but spikes at the doctor's. I'm worried about high blood pressure during labor leading to seizures or strokes, and about preclampsia despite taking baby aspirin daily. Will I be able to have an uncomplicated vaginal birth with a midwife and doula? What are the chances of these complications?

I have been suffering from fatigue and other symptoms since 2016, and despite trying various medications and treatments, I haven't found the cause or cure. I have a history of eating disorders, insomnia, and anxiety, and I've taken laxatives, water pills, and different supplements. I've had multiple blood tests but found no clear cause. What could be causing my fatigue and what additional tests or treatments should I consider?

20 mg of Cialis is no longer effective for me. I am 75 years old, active, 5'10" tall, and weigh 218 lbs. I have no heart, liver, or other major health issues other than high cholesterol, for which I am taking 20 mg of lovastatin. I also take Aleve for arthritis. Can I increase the Cialis dosage?
