I have been diagnosed with effusive constrictive pericarditis. I have several questions: Will surgery to remove the pericardium be necessary? Can prednisone resolve the inflammation or will it become a chronic condition? My CRP level dropped significantly after starting steroids, is this a good sign? How serious is the concern of malignancy based on my CT scan results? Can restrictive pericarditis be diagnosed on scans, or is it only after repeated events? How can fibrosis and calcification be identified from an echo?

I'm starting to feel better but my tummy is still in pain/discomfort and it's going up to my breasts/chest. But most of the pain/discomfort is in my belly. I quit having diarrhea, but it's not as frequent. Could this just be the stomach flu/food poisoning still in my system, or something new?

I am eligible for Medicare and have severe drooping upper eyelids affecting my vision, as well as troublesome lower eyelids and bags. I want to know if Medicare covers both upper and lower blepharoplasty, how long the recovery typically takes until I don't look noticeably bad, and when I can fully recover to participate in a health detox program involving extended sauna sessions.
