I’ve had a virus and fever for 5 days now and am concerned about not getting better. Should I be seeking medical attention? Or just keep waiting it out?

I'm struggling with the loss of a pregnancy. Did Accutane cause this? Will my fertility be okay? Is there still a chance/time for me to have a baby? It's been 3 weeks since the first scan where no foetus was found. How long until I pass the sac? Will it be painful? Should I use medical tablets? I'm scared they would affect fertility or prolong us trying. How long after a miscarriage can we have sex? Will my periods come back? I'm now on aciclovir and having breakouts. What is the best dosage? 400mg x 4 times a day? Since being pregnant, I've had breakouts every few weeks and in new spots. Should I be concerned? Can I have a baby at 42? Will this happen again? My doctor wants me to have meds to get rid of the sac. Terrified of side effects. Will it mess with fertility? Does it mean we can't start trying straight away?

I woke up earlier than usual today and now I'm unusually tired in the evening, which is not typical for me. I've also been experiencing lightheadedness, becoming overworked quickly with chest pain and shortness of breath from minimal exertion, and my leg has been swelling at the site of a year-old injury. My blood pressure today was 126/74. Is this a cause for concern?

I’ve been diagnosed with blepharitis and have been treating it with doxycycline 100mg a day for 8 days. I feel it’s better but still have redness. How long does it take to go away and what additional treatments can I try?
