I’ve been diagnosed with blepharitis and have been treating it with doxycycline 100mg a day for 8 days. I feel it’s better but still have redness. How long does it take to go away and what additional treatments can I try?

I had an echocardiogram done, which showed normal results except for moderate pulmonary regurgitation. My primary care physician said this was likely benign, but it's causing me a lot of anxiety. I am a 34-year-old male with chronic anxiety, but it comes in waves. I've been eating better lately and am currently on Zoloft 75mg. I had a normal EKG and my blood pressure is 110/73 on average. Should I be concerned about the pulmonary regurgitation, and is there anything I should do about it?
