My right ear has been blocked for 2-3 days, accompanied by ringing sounds, which started after waking up one morning. I have used ear drops containing glacial acetic acid, iso alcohol, and carbamide peroxide, but the symptoms persist. I am not on any medications and have no significant medical history. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I had an echocardiogram done, which showed normal results except for moderate pulmonary regurgitation. My primary care physician said this was likely benign, but it's causing me a lot of anxiety. I am a 34-year-old male with chronic anxiety, but it comes in waves. I've been eating better lately and am currently on Zoloft 75mg. I had a normal EKG and my blood pressure is 110/73 on average.
