My daughter, 22, was recently released from the ICU after a week with a resting pulse rate of 185 due to clots in both lungs and legs. She now has a positive COVID PCR result, is experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath even with oxygen units, and a resting heart rate of 130. Her oxygen saturation is in the low 90s with oxygen and the 70s without. Should we take her back to the hospital?

I think I have RSV from my granddaughter. I am 77 years old, have asthma and high blood pressure. I've been sick for a week with symptoms including cough, chest tightness, and a wet cough that produces green/yellow phlegm. I have no fever but experience weakness and fatigue. My cough comes and goes, worse at night. I'm currently using Tylenol, Aleve for sciatica pain, tea with honey, salt water gargle, and Mucinex to loosen my chest. I also use asthma inhalers. What should I do for my condition?

My mom has been diagnosed with gastroparesis and severe gastritis. She is currently taking Sucralfate, Pantoprazole, Metoclopramide, Creon, Gabapentin, and Novolin. Despite this, she is still experiencing significant pain that comes and goes, sometimes feeling like a stabbing or sharp pain. She had an endoscopy in December 2022 which showed no issues. What additional steps can be taken to manage her pain and acid levels?

Dad has a growth under his throat since last Thursday. He was prescribed antibiotics on Friday afternoon, but the growth is still growing. He is currently taking drugs for cardio problems. We are unsure of what this is. The lump under the throat is hard and not painful.
