I have been experiencing a scary symptom off and on for a year. I have a weird dizzy feeling out of my right eye when I move my head in certain ways, and I also feel a little nauseous. When I am laying down, I do not get the dizzy feeling, but my eye tingles and feels like someone is scratching behind it. My vision is off out of one eye, and I am only dizzy out of one eye. What could be the issue?

I fell down some steps and hurt my right foot. I couldn't get up due to excruciating pain, and now I can't step on the foot or fan my toes out. The urgent care x-rayed my ankle but didn't see anything. Can it really just be a sprain, and what should I do for it?

Two months ago, my platelets were 400 and now they are 405. I'm 35 with a 9-month-old and I'm scared this could be the beginning of a life-threatening blood disease or something else. My doctor said not to worry and we will recheck in 6 months. Should I follow up with a hematologist, or just let it be? I'm also concerned about my spleen measurement of 13.8 cm from a CT scan and a slightly elevated ALP level of 128.

I’m a 26-year-old male who drank 4 Hennessy Red Bull drinks on an empty stomach, smoked hookah and two cigarettes, and then spat blood in the sink. I have a gum problem and a tooth that hurts when I bite down. I’m unsure if the bleeding is from my gum/tooth or internally from my stomach, as I’ve vomited blood before when drinking and my parents have a history of gastritis and ulcers. Should I be worried, and do you have any suggestions?

I’m breastfeeding my 4-week-old and taking prednisone for hives. I’m tapering and taking 2-10mg pills in the morning. Do I need to wait at this dosage to breastfeed her, and if so, how long?
