I have been experiencing a stomachache, like a twisted feeling, for at least 4 hours. It happens several minutes one after another. This started after a surgery last week for removing a cyst in the abdominal cavity. I have taken omeprazole but have not seen a doctor yet. What should I do?

I started CrossFit last week and developed a stomach bug, followed by soreness, fatigue, a low-grade fever, and allergy symptoms. My doctor diagnosed swollen glands in my neck, normal urine test results, and prescribed Nexium and an antihistamine nasal spray. However, I noticed new rib soreness and found painful, cyst-like masses on my lower right ribs. My period is due next week, and I'm still very tired. What could these symptoms indicate, and what should I do?

I think I have damaged my moisture barrier. My face feels dry, tight, and red, and it's been going on for 4 days. I accidentally used a body moisturizer on my face and exfoliated it a lot to try and remove the dry skin. What should I do to help my skin recover?
