I have been experiencing abdominal pain for about two weeks, which comes and goes. The pain is ache-like and located in the lower abdomen, sometimes on the left side, sometimes on the right, or both. I also have a history of GURD, but this pain is different. I have not consulted a doctor or had any tests yet. My stool is sometimes runny, and I often belch, which is not typical for my GURD. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

My roommate woke up with a horrible migraine and blurry vision. He normally wakes up around 7:30am but today he woke up closer to noon. It’s been a few hours and the headache and vision have not improved. He was diagnosed with congestive heart failure two years ago but hasn’t had any issues since then. Could this be related?

I have a swollen and tender ankle that has persisted for a few weeks. I have high blood pressure and am borderline diabetic. What could this be an indication of, and what should I do to manage it?

I think I have Fordyce spots. I want to confirm if they are Fordyce spots and if they are painful, spreadable, and how long they might last.

I've been experiencing severe stomach and back pain, sometimes chest pain, headaches, dizziness, and muscle stiffness for two weeks. I'm taking paracetamol and lorazepam, and I see a psychiatrist. I also have MVP (mitral valve prolapse). What could be causing these symptoms?

I was seen at the ER this morning for a COPD flare-up and was given steroids, which are affecting my blood sugar levels. I have diabetes, an insulin pump, and a continuous glucose monitor. My blood sugar is currently at 513, and I'm having trouble managing it. I'm also experiencing excessive thirst and drinking a lot of water. What additional steps can I take to manage my blood sugar levels due to the steroids?
