I have been experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, and various physical symptoms such as tingling in the tongue, chest pain, fluctuating heart rate, stomach pain, and nausea. My ECG shows an incomplete right bundle branch block, and I have a history of anxiety and mild sleep apnea. I am concerned about the possibility of heart attack or stroke due to family history and my symptoms. What can I do to manage my anxiety and physical symptoms, and are these symptoms indicative of a serious health issue?

I had gallbladder surgery a month ago, but I'm still experiencing significant pain, discomfort, and physical exhaustion. My incision was larger than usual due to the enlarged state of my gallbladder. I got a small abrasion on the head of my penis three weeks ago. A scab formed, and it came off a couple of days before it should have naturally. Does this look like it's forming scar tissue, and how long before this tissue is at full strength?

I am paraplegic t4/t5 complete and have developed a persistent cough. I have been using my Ventolin inhaler for 2 years, but it hasn't helped this time. The cough started getting worse yesterday. I also have high blood pressure and some nasal congestion. What can I do to alleviate the cough since my GP is unavailable?

I have only had one small bowel movement since Thursday, despite eating a lot. I used a mineral oil enema 30 minutes ago and was advised to see a doctor if there was no movement within 30 minutes. I feel slightly nauseous and have taken laxatives and was previously prescribed Lynzess. I also had a laxative tea last night that didn't work. I'm 27 years old, experienced no bowel movement after the oil enema, have abdominal cramps, extreme bloating, and discomfort. What should I do?
