I have been experiencing blood in my spit for 6 weeks now, with a metallic taste in my mouth. I have no cough, fever, weight loss, vomiting, or loss of appetite. I have seen an ENT who did not find anything, and I had a negative chest X-ray. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about cancer or other serious conditions?
