I took six pills yesterday because I missed my dose the day before, but now I am having panic attacks. I was prescribed Divalproex 500mg and citalopram 20mg a month ago. I am 25 years old and have depression. I am supposed to take one of each three times a day. Should I go to the ER?

My blood pressure is good, I have high cholesterol (I take Lovenstatin), I'm allergic to wasps and bees, and I'm currently on Chantix and Zoloft. What should I do for my sprained toe?
