I have been experiencing chills since 3-4 pm, with an axillary temperature of 99.4 degrees F. I am taking Tylenol. I do not have congestion, a cough, or shortness of breath, and my breathing is normal. I have a controlled hypertension and cholesterol, and a CA score of 96%. What should I do, and should I take a COVID test?
