I have been experiencing chronic pelvic pain due to pudendal neuralgia for 6 years, exacerbated by a recent Bartholin cyst. I have had CT-guided pudendal blocks, which provide temporary relief. Additionally, I have had a chronic yeast infection since February and a thrombosed hemorrhoid in May. I am currently on Neurontin, Elavil, and Cymbalta for pain management. What further steps can be taken for managing this pain and the recurring infections?

2.5 weeks ago, I had a blow to my stomach from a piece of wood. I had some bruising above my belly button and lost my appetite. Now, 2.5 weeks later, I have had no appetite for the last 3 days and have been experiencing diarrhea. Could this be related to the stomach blow, or is it likely something else?
