I have been experiencing consistent bloating and trapped gas, especially before my menstrual cycle, which worsens with certain foods like fatty foods and dairy products. I have been diagnosed with GERD and have a lot of bacteria in my urine. I am currently taking Nexium and probiotics. I am also under a lot of stress and have allergies that cause nausea. I am 49 years old and had my tubes tied after my last child. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms, and can stress make my stomach feel hard?
